Campaign Launch Day - Inaugural ceremony at IYS main centre with introduction to different yoga styles and practices.

Six weeks of free daily yoga sessions across multiple locations in Kota, with morning and evening options available.

International Yoga Day celebration - Grand community yoga session at Chambal Gardens with hundreds of participants.
Who Can Participate?
Everyone Welcome
Unlike many professional yoga events, participation is not restricted to registered Yoga Teachers. The campaign embraces beginners, enthusiasts, and practitioners of all levels.
No Registration Required
Simply show up at any of the designated locations throughout Kota during the campaign period. All sessions are completely free of charge.
