Monika Joshi brings over 15 years of dedicated experience to the Yoga For All campaign. As the director of IYS® Samarpanam Yog Chikitsalay, she has transformed countless lives through her authentic approach to yoga practice.
Her vision of making yoga accessible to everyone regardless of age, background or experience has established her as a respected pillar of Nashik's wellness community.

The campaign welcomes all Nashik residents and visitors. You do not need to be registered with IYS® or have any prior yoga experience to participate.
What to Expect: Classes and Experiences
Morning Energisers
Start your day with invigorating sunrise sessions from 6:00-7:30 AM focused on dynamic movements and breathing techniques to awaken body and mind.
Midday Mindfulness
Brief 30-minute lunchtime practices perfect for busy professionals, offering quick reset and stress relief techniques from 12:30-1:00 PM.
Evening Unwinding
Gentle evening sessions from 5:30-7:00 PM emphasising relaxation, deep stretching and restorative poses to release the day's tension.
Weekend Workshops
Specialised two-hour explorations of specific yoga styles, philosophy and wellness practices every Saturday and Sunday morning.

The IYS® Samarpanam Yog Chikitsalay serves as the spiritual and organisational heart of Nashik's growing yoga community. Our campaign integrates with the city's wellness infrastructure to bring yoga to every neighbourhood and public space.

Complete a simple form at the IYS® Nashik centre or visit our website to secure your spot in the Yoga For All campaign. Registration is free but helps us plan appropriately for each session.

Attend and Experience
Simply arrive 15 minutes before your chosen session with comfortable clothing and an open mind. Mats and props will be provided, and our instructors will guide you through every step.
