"Yoga for One Earth, One Health" emphasizes the connection between personal wellness and planetary health through sustainable yoga practices.
Officially endorsed by the United Nations since 2014, International Yoga Day has become a cornerstone of global wellness diplomacy.

Our campaign aims to promote complete physical, mental, and spiritual well-being through authentic yogic practices. We believe yoga offers transformative tools for health management accessible to people of all ages and abilities.

By sharing traditional yoga knowledge in its authentic form, we work to preserve India's ancient wellness heritage while making these time-tested practices relevant and beneficial for modern practitioners worldwide.

We seek to unite diverse communities through the universal language of yoga, creating spaces where people can practice together, share experiences, and build supportive relationships that extend beyond International Yoga Day.

Join us for an immersive 21-day yoga journey beginning June 1st and culminating on International Yoga Day, June 21st, 2025. Each day builds progressively toward a complete yogic experience.

Participate in daily 90-minute virtual sessions led by master yoga instructors, featuring asanas, pranayama, meditation, and philosophical discussions on yoga's role in sustainable living.

Our inclusive program welcomes practitioners of all levels—beginners, intermediate, and advanced—with specialized tracks designed for different age groups and physical abilities. No prior yoga experience required.
